Privacy Policy

You give us data when you use our forms or Genti.

• Contact form: name, email, company and message.
• Bug reports: name, email, the page you were on, and what went wrong.
• Account: your name, email and profile picture, from your sign-in (email and password, Google, or your company's single sign-on).
• Invites: email addresses of people you invite.
• Project content: brands, drugs, keywords and other project details.
• Searches: the searches you run in Genti.
• Ask AI chats: your questions and our answers, plus audio of answers you play aloud.
• Payments: Stripe collects your card, so we never see the full number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, plan, status and billing dates.

Google sign-in gives us your name, email and picture, through Auth0, for your account only. If you connect Search Console or Google Analytics 4 (GA4), here's how we handle it.

• Access: you add our service account for your organization as a read-only user, so we can't change your data. A future connect-with-Google option would also be read-only and revocable in your Google Account.
• What we store: daily counts with no visit-by-visit records. From Search Console: clicks, impressions and position, by country and device, and for your top 2,000 queries and top 500 pages. From GA4: sessions, users and key events by channel, source and landing page. Page addresses and search terms stay as Google reports them. We also store the properties you shared (ID, name, access level) and the service account email.
• Why: to show your search and traffic trends and reports in Genti.
• Who sees it: your organization's Genti users. Our staff can view it to set up, run and support your connection, for security, or when the law requires it.
• Sharing: we don't sell your Google data, use it for ads or credit and lending decisions, send it to AI providers, or train AI on it. If our business is sold or merged, we'll ask before your Google data moves to the new owner.
• How long: up to 16 months of Search Console data and 25 months of GA4 data.
• Export or delete: email us for a copy, or to delete it.
• Revoke: remove that service account from your property in Google, and we stop getting new data. This doesn't delete what we stored.

Idea Evolver's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share data with these providers, and may share it to follow the law or in a sale or merger of our business.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Until then:

• Contact and bug-report messages, and their Slack copies: kept so we can respond, follow up and keep a record.
• Account, project and invite data: until you ask us to delete it, unless the law says otherwise.
• Ask AI chats: until you delete them. Audio may stay until you ask us to delete it.
• Logs: kept for security and troubleshooting; we delete API key activity after 90 days.
• Payment records: at least as long as tax rules require.
• Backups: deleted data can stay in backups until they expire.

We take steps to protect your data.

• HTTPS encrypts data on its way to us, and Google Cloud encrypts stored data.
• Auth0 handles sign-in, so we never store your password.
• No system is perfectly secure.

Our site and Genti are for business use.

• We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
• If you think a child sent us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Our site links to other websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site, and this policy doesn't cover them.
